  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

5. PAYMENT We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

6. DELIVERY

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • We deliver within South Africa. International shipping availability may vary.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (Consumer Protection Act Compliance) In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008:

  • You have the right to return goods within 5 business days of delivery if the goods are defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
  • You may also cancel an online purchase within 7 business days of delivery (cooling-off period under ECTA Section 44) for a full refund, provided goods are returned unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.
